Pet Policy

Meridian at Rogers Branch is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets, and $650 for three pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Maximum of 3 pets allowed per home, with a max of 2 dogs. Breed restrictions apply. View our Pet Policy.
